At OSMHC, we want to be sure that you never second-guess doing business with us. To that end, if you should change your mind about a purchase, we will happily offer you store credit for all unopened, unused, undamaged items that are returned in their original packaging. You’ll receive full store credit, less a 15% restocking fee, when items are returned within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by the receipt. Store credit may be used to purchase any of our products or services.
At this time, we do not offer a refund on gift certificates.
