OSMHC students have many different healthcare programs to choose from:
- Diploma in Therapeutic Massage – To prepare for your new career ASAP, this program includes the core courses you’ll need to gain the skills and knowledge required for entry-level employment in massage therapy. - Associate of Science in Therapeutic Massage – This program includes the same core courses as the diploma and adds the general education courses required for a college associate degree, giving the graduate greater opportunity for career advancement. This program typically takes 16 months to complete for full-time students. (Note: for those transferring in a completed OSMHC diploma, it will only take approximately 6 months to complete the associate degree.) The core courses are taught on campus and the general education courses are taught online, allowing students to begin working in the massage field while finishing their degree. This is the first and only Chiropractic Technician program in the state of Nebraska!
- Diploma in Chiropractic Technician – Chiropractors rely on technicians for assistance with running the chiropractic office as well as working with patients. Typical duties for chiropractic technicians include patient registration and scheduling, managing chiropractic equipment and supplies, handling medical billing and coding, answering phones, verifying insurance, and recording vital signs. The diploma can be completed in 12 months and will prepare students for entry into this field. Classes are taught on campus and utilize the OSMHC clinic for hands-on practice working with patients. - Associate of Science in Chiropractic Technician – This program takes approximately 16 months to complete. Incorporating general education classes into the chiropractic technician curriculum, graduates of this degree will have increased opportunities for career growth and advancement. Personal Fitness Training
Diploma in Personal Fitness Training – You have the passion, now add the skills and knowledge needed to help others embrace a healthy lifestyle. This 10-month program includes an externship opportunity, preparation for the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) exam, and exam fee for your first attempt. Graduates who successfully pass the exam will enter the workforce as an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). Download Program Outline | Gainful Employment Data

The first step is to click on the Apply Online link on the left, fill out the Application form and submit. Once we receive it we will contact you to help you through the rest of the application and enrollment process.
You will notice there are several parts to the application process. Your academic record and interview are the most important factors in the selection process, however we are also very interested in knowing about the combination of qualities and aspirations that make you distinctive. Please keep this in mind while completing the application.

Applications are accepted throughout the year. Applicants should submit a completed application at least 30 days prior to their intended start date and must be physically able to perform the movements inherent to their program.
All applications will be reviewed by the Admissions Review Committee and evaluated on the following: Due to limited class space and high demand, prompt submission of your application is recommended to secure your place in the class. Admission is based upon information presented in the application, interview and the timely receipt of the enrollment requirements and fees. The date of application submission will be marked by the date that all application requirements have been satisfied. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
